The SJC coach may be grabbing the headlines.

But the new coaches at Prep, St Albans and SSSA also had excellent rookie years.

Wish schools like GC and Dematha would think about injecting new coaches, with different thinking and heightened energy, into their once dominant heralded programs.

Look, these are 2 outstanding teams that are both ranked in top 10 in most polls. This is going to be a great game for the DMV lacrosse community. There may not be a game like this again in the near future (one that features the #1 team in US going up against a top-ranked rival this late in the season) so get there if you can. If Landon wins they make history.

Bullis FOGO is average and it showed against Prep last night. Both teams have firepower so expect a high scoring contest. Neither teams defense is that strong.

I'll go with 13-10 (Landon wins)

Actually the defense for both Landon and Bullis are outstanding. Landon has allowed 11 goals or less in every game this season. Bullis has given up 10 goals or less in every game this season. The teams may have more "names" on offense, but the defense for each team is excellent.

I was at the first game in April. With no connection to either school, just a lax fan, I felt Landon was completely in control the entire game. Trippi is impressive and the Bullis goalie was solid, but Landon is a more complete team. 13-9 Landon.

If Bullis can win 25 Percent of Face offs they will win. Bad weather may be an advantage for Bullis. Also last game they were 0-6 on man Up and may not of won more than 2 face offs. With the 0-6 on Man Up and lack off face off wins Bullis still only lost by 2. My prediction - Bullis by 3.

Let's stop the trash talking and discuss the game.

How does Bullis pull off the upset?

How does Landon win again?

Sour Grapes ! Bullis Teams are dominant and their is nothing you can do about it except wish your kid was good enough to play on one of their teams. Maybe you can come on Friday and watch. Cant wait to hear the whining when Bullis Lacrosse wins on Friday !

Bullis is trash. They can't win with the kids who have been in the school since middle school or even freshman year.

The administration knows this and feels compelled to bring in mid year transfers, junior and senior transfers in several sports.

I know of several full paying Bullis families who are not happy under the current situation as they are pretty much subsidizing the athletic recruiting at the expense of little johnny riding the bench.

The house of cards will soon collapse.

Funny that Transfer HS is causing even Prep fans to root for Landon on Friday. The equivalent of the Dems pulling for Trump!

Can someone who was present last night at Falls road provide some context on what took place in the final 5 minutes of the game.

According to above posts, Prep parents with no class v. Bullis coaching staff with no ethics or morals. Discuss please.
