I think she’s a lost cause, sadly.
I think she comes from and is surrounded by the type of people who can’t offer her the support she needs. I hope she can get it together for the daughter she has, or else, what was the point! Get it together for your child. Hopefully they can regulate her meds and teach her some skills to cope, and get her off the pot! That can’t be helping! Though I have a feeling Tyler and her mom uses all the time, so it’s a revolving door. That’s too bad.
PPD combined with giving up Carly did a number on her. I don't think she's a lost cause, but her environment could be making it more difficult recovery wise. I don't blame her necessarily for leaving treatment early (if she did). She's most likely talking a lot about the child she gave up and the child that resulted in PPD. Of course she's going to miss her terribly and want to be with her. What good mother wouldn't? But she does need to focus on herself 100% and stay to get things figured out. I feel like this time is more to get the meds straightened out than anything else. Sounds like they put her on something before she left last time and it clearly isn't working.

But do people usual name even thou they had a miscarriage? Not being rude or a snarky bitch. I'm curious to know. They mentioned her name was "dandy" after dandelion.

some possibilities:
1. He's fat
2. He has "no job"
3. Recently on camera, he has confronted Amber about being a shitty mom and talked about her negatively during the sit-down segments
4. In the 16&Pregnant and early seasons of Teen Mom, he had a bit of a dumb/lazy/clueless edit. I think Kristina has been really good for him, as well as just maturing. In 16&P for example, he took their savings and bought a $500 XBox bundle. He's also been edited as kind of all talk, promising the world but only coming up with a Walmart ring. I think in the early years, Amber felt like the burden of caring for Leah fell completely on her and Gary didn't really step up. Of course, that didn't mean she actually did the caring for Leah, and Leah spent a lot of time--on camera--crying in her crib. But I think Gary is really about the best you can find in Anderson, Indiana, and he and Kristina have made a lovely little family.
I don't see how anybody who is only watching these seasons, or watched the early and current seasons, could hate Gary.
I think the “dad bod” shirt is playing tricks on your eyes![]()
Is it me, or does it seem like he's lost a little weight in the last episode or two?

Anonymous wrote:I actually have no problem with Gary or his wife. As far as I'm concerned, Gary acts like Leah's actual fulltime parent, while Amber drops by when it's convenient.
Gary (and his wife) are the ones who are making sure Leah is getting to school daily on time; making sure she has a lunch; making sure she does her homework when she gets home; making sure she gets help with her homework when she needs it etc. . . . To say nothing of the fact that they are there 24-7, they're the ones that comfort her when Amber blows her off. I feel like Gary tried hard for Leah since day 1 -- I remember him throwing her modest birthday parties with her family bc he had to commemorate her 1st birthday -- even though the 1 yr old had no idea.
I think the real estate investing is a real thing for him -- not just made for TV. He mentioned it on the show one time and of course Amber was dismissive with ugh -- how many houses do you need!? Apparently he invests in his neighborhood/or a nearby one in single family homes and he was saying to her that he has his eye on owning the whole street and there's only 2 more he need to buy for that to happen. That means if it's a small street -- he likely still owns like 5-6 homes. Good for him -- at least he's planning for his/his wife's/his daughters' futures.

FWIW, I heard that Gary bought a bunch of properties with his MTV money so while he sits around he is also collecting rent.
Gary owns multiple rental properties. I think he’s actually been pretty kind to Amber instead of talking the same old. Those couch conversations are producer driven, and I’m sure if he felt like talking REAL shit about Amber, nobody would be telling him to hold back.
But honestly, I don’t see why any of them should have “a real job” if they are providing for their family and spending time with their kids. They’re SAHPs. That’s a job.
Agree! I hate when people say they need a job. The show is a job, it provides them a paycheck. What it makes them different from actors?
But they are parents and at this point should be thinking more long term and yes, get a job
I just disagree. Gary has invested his MTV money. When the show ends, they will have ample opportunity to find jobs, and several of them have alluded to savings. The ones like Gary are spending time with their kids.
Catelynn, Tyler, Amber, etc on the other hand...
