Yes. You just parent refer with a new referral form, samples, etc. You also get a new GBRS for that year. Students may retake the CoGat one time,[u] so many 3rd graders who did not make level IV but are level III or feel that they should be Level IV will retake the CoGat in the fall and apply again. I think you can apply all the way up through 5th grade, but it may be even higher. It probably states that info on the website. There are are often parents of students of all grade levels at the fall AAP info meeting at our school.
