That’s not the door he entered. You can clearly see that door in google maps too in the NY Post video off to the right. Watch the video again.

That absolutely is the doorway he approaches in the video, I've just showed you the door from a head-on angle. You can see that he walks on the concrete path that leads to the door from the parking area in my Google Street View link.

In the video, the dark objects he walks behind are the AC condensers.

Now, is this the door he entered? I don't know. But the PP in this thread claims the door is propped open in the video. Because it’s code for exit doors. They swing outward so that if there’s an emergency, they don’t block the inner corridor.
