You can despise them, but much of the blue collar workforce, much of MAGA country was gutted due to globalism. It was already largely dead to them, so MBAs could strip mine out industries to juice stocks, while the coastal elites were kept compliant enough with high salaries doing pretend jobs.
um.. you know that Trump was part of that coastal elite, right? How funny that MAGA would support such a person over a person who came from a blue collar/small business family like Biden.
It's funny how that works. Biden is a devout Catholic while Trump is the seven deadly sins personified - yet all these people who consider themselves "Christians" support Trump.
That form if "christianity" hijacks humanity in general. It is what makes so many atrocities done in the name of religion possible.
In the name of only, of course. Not the actual religions.
The actual religions do contribute. Christianity says you are effed if you do not believe in Christ. Not only are you effed, but you are going to burn in fire forever. How cruel and obnoxious is that?

The billionaires are fine. They go from the Met Gala to their yacht in the Med to reviewing their worldwide investments with their private banker. They don't no understanding of how life is impacted for the rest of us.
This is what rich people always think before everything crumbles. Billions don't mean anything when you cannot travel safely from point A to point B. They are very short sighted.
Billionaires are close to being able to control who can go from point A to point B due to our corrupt political landscape. Wake up and smell the coffee.

What a load of BS.
Not PP and I disagree with 'pretend' but you have your head buried in the sand to not see how dramatically our economy has changed since the 90s and who has benefitted.

Even if we get a Democratic Congress to turn the tide I think we’re cooked. 100 years from now people will look back at the 2015 to now and not understand how we couldn’t see us sowing the seeds of our own destruction.
I’m hoping we don’t have a full-scale world war but I think that’s where we’re headed.
50% of income taxes collected go to just paying interest on the national debt. <---- Let that sink in. It's not something to just discard and keep going.
Your just figuring out we're f'd now?

I have always felt this-you know that good would prevail....however on J6 when we watched true evil and violence unfold-I thought surely the country would pull together and say never again to dump. Nope here we are AGAIN and it IS much worse this time.
100% THIS ^^^^^^^
Agreed. I never thought the US could be so destructive -- to ourselves or to others.
It's not the US that's destructive per se. It's the age of digital technology that's destroying our communities, families, identities, connections to nature, and critical thinking skills. We're all becoming slaves to our smartphones and, eventually, to artificial intelligence.
And who runs our smart phones? The billionaires want a scrolling society. It benefits them.
