Now that’s certainly a choice…

What’s her deal?

She said publicly in a meeting that people who lived in apartments needed mental health services or something along those lines, may have been a slip up but given her general attitude towards people in apartments and apartments in general doubtful.

I posted this in the Frumin thread

One is a Chevy Chase NIMBY, the other is a very young Woodley Park YIMBY urbanist. Both will draw from core constituencies if they can get their messages out, but Frumin is the incumbent and is a centrist compared to both of these challengers, who could not be more diametrically opposite from each other. If you like one of the challengers, then you will want to put Frumin second in ranked voting to prevent the challenger you don't like from gaining traction.

Who is the CC NIMBY? I see only Adam Prinzo as a declared candidate running (who I assume is the Woodley Park YIMBY).

Well there aren't actually any (competitive) conservatives in DC so take them out.

Between moderate, liberal, and progressive there are only mild political differences.

What I'm interested in is *not corrupt* anywhere in that range. That's why I get the Catania/Lewis George crossover appeal. Bowser has been such a "centrist" disappointment. That's also why I think Mamdani is so popular. Not because he's so progressive but because he isn't a 💩 head.

What do you mean by centrist? Bought out by the usual special interests like Bowser?

The focus on rank choice voting is refreshing. It’s not what we all wanted, but it’s what we’re going to deal with in this election.

If you want Mamadami-lite, that is Janese.

Otherwise, Kenyan is your candidate.
