If she lied about her property to secure loans, that's lame and should incur consequences (as is true for Trump).

The problem with such prosecution is not that it is not appropriate, but that it is pursued as a political choice.

If a prosecutor said "let's address this problem of loan applicants understating their unit numbers" and James got caught up in the dragnet, fine.

But when the approach is "James is my political enemy so find something we can use against her," that's an exploitation of the system.
