I’ve never found wearing a bra to be uncomfortable. Wear one every day.

34B and don't need much support. I didn't give up bras but I darn sure gave up underwires. As someone else said, there are so many nice options out now that are actually comfortable. The comfort shaping bra by underoutfit is my standard https://www.underoutfit.com/products/the-comfort-shaping-bra-ultramarine?tw_source=google&tw_adid=657824338451&tw_campaign=20101310525&utm_source=google&utm_campaign=657824338451&utm_medium=20101310525&ADID=mdEEEgoogleSSSntEEEgSSScidEEE20101310525SSSadidEEE657824338451SSSlocEEE9007868&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiAoeGuBhCBARIsAGfKY7xJUqTiMsiWyIgRrq-UsudCeXE-kgR5FwbXJp7flGj0X14sav01hHUaAh5yEALw_wcB&variant=42345158705385, and I'll do the wireless brallelujah from spanx if I'm wearing something lower cut. I will never go back to underwires!

Yep. Almost all my waking hours. 34C mid40s and boobs are still pretty great. I don’t want them to sag any sooner than they have to so I keep that bra on for most of my vertical time.

However, this year I've decided to invest in a corset because bra wearing has ruined my shoulders. Carrying L cup weight around is no joke.

Sweet Baby Jesus!

Thank you. And I have a small frame so it has really screwed up my muscles.

Corset is ready and am going to pick it up this weekend!

Please tell me which brands are comfortable for 32D. I went through a professional fitting and am having trouble finding ones that I like.

No, not for us with small and perky, not big and droopy.

When I WFH, I usually do, but sometimes I wear a softer version or a cami with an elastic shelf bra. I do this much more in the summer than in the winter. Actually, in the summer, I often only wear a bra when working in office.

Different size but this is me too. I’ve never understood all the comments about relief about taking off your bra when you got home.

Probably because you don’t experience the shoulder dig.

I’ve noticed a lot of college aged women/older teens forgoing bras. Good for them!

I don’t see the point. If you don’t like boobs look away.

What size are you?

36C. I seriously stopped caring what other people think years ago. I also stopped having constant heartburn when I ditched bras. They aren’t healthy.

38DD and in public, always. At home, never. But this has always been the case.
