Mine 10 yo DD is 4’11 and 92 lbs and the size 14 leggings barely fit her. On tops, she def outgrew the 10s. I just got her a 14 and it is a bit big. So if it is something that is a solid 14 it might work! 12-14 would be maybe…. I was surprised - last year I bought her one of their denim jackets and ordered a size larger than what I thought it would be and that was a good fit. All that to say, I think they run a bit small. But my DD has always been tall….

I think they run small as well. I am slowly but surely switching to xxs in women's but the issue is that their clothing is for a women's body/women's style. It's not an easy age to shop for.

Anyone buy Jcrew girls for their tween? If so, how does it run?

My 11 y/o is 5ft and about 100ish lbs. She could probably fit in a women's XS, but the tops are often very long. How does the girls sizing run? I fine Gap girls tops to run pretty small on her now, but hoping the Jcrew girls XL (12-14) might fit
