A $1 bar of Fels Naptha soap works wonders.

Dish soap. Mix it with a little water, rub it in, and let it sit for a while before washing.

This is the thing for all oil based stains and it will work on lanolin. It may take two tries.

I’m having no luck with washing lanolin stains out of my nursing bras. I’ve tried pretreating with OxiClean spray and a stain stick, to no avail. I’d be grateful for any tips, thanks!
