And she tanned, had her nose redone, went blonder, fillers, dramatic makeup, maybe extensions....the typical formula among her group.

Heavy fillers and likely some surgical stuff. Has that Instagram model/uncanny valley look.

I agree - there’s a major difference that isn’t attributable to heavy contouring.

They filled in lower sides of face. hides big jaw and cheeks.

She probably got fillers to make her cheeks less noticeable, and to make upper lip match bottom lip. looks much much better.

Also, I'd consider upper lip reconstruction like J Lo did. It's very subtle, but makes upper lip more straight across and less of V shape

If I were her, I would've had bottom lip reduction. And if she got cheek implants, I'd take them out

It is like her face shape is different-her cheeks don’t have those weird bumps and nose looks better-she has the Karshashian moon face which I admit looks pretty. My gut is this is not fillers but heavy duty stuff. Not judging as she looks darn good and needs to unload the husband.
