Actually, entertainment is exactly what sports at this level are. Why do you think stadiums are filled with spectators and broadcasters compete for the television rights? It’s entertainment and a lot of money is made from that entertainment.

She's said she needs to stop falling into despair every time she's not perfect and count small victories like being able to get out of bed in the morning. It seems like a clear case of bad anxiety and depression. I wish her all the best.

I'm sure many people who have never ever in their lives trained as hard as she has and are commenting from the comfort of their couches will come in to call her weak, just like they did with Simone Biles.

That's harsh, but I agree with you. She has potential to be great, but she needs to get her mind right and her emotions under control.

She’s struggling with her mental health. I hope no one that relies on you for support ever finds themselves in this struggle.

She lost her 2nd match yesterday in the U.S. open, and she even threw her racket a few times. At the post match interview she broke down in tears and made the announcement. Good for her, she’s really struggling right now. I hope she comes back better and stronger.
