Rock Creek is one way in the pm

It has been a while since I've tried leaving the city to head to Virginia on a Friday afternoon, let alone on a holiday weekend. How bad do you think it will be? We are going to see some friends for an outdoor BBQ

I tired to find this information but if someone knows I would also appreciate this information. Is Rock Creek one way going towards MD in the afternoon? I thought for a time they just left RCP two ways at all times. Have they gone back to pre-Covid switching?
