The subways are still a mess. I mean, if you’re going into the city to stay at a central hotel and just plan to walk around and sightsee, you’ll probably be okay. I wouldn’t count on the subways to get around.

I don't think you'll have any issues. They are already working on the clean up and the weather is supposed to be great.
