No real consistent answer. My car is perfectly stable going 150mph. It even gets more “planted” as it goes faster because of all the downforce generated by the various aerodynamic surfaces.
But the same exact windspeed from the side or from the rear would probably flip it over.

Depends on the vehicle. Driving a Jeep in high winds is a much different thing than driving a lower slung sedan.

not necessarily with speed, but direction. keep in mind that you are driving at 70-80mph and your care does just fine. and wodl likley do just fine to 100mph and beyond.
inset a crosswind. now it get fun. also depends on size and type of vehicle.
too many variables to give you a set. MPH where it gets unsafe..
