The actual run, absolutely. But what about the pep rally and the daily huddles where they crowd the kids into the gym and show the videos and have all the kids shouting slogans? Has that gone virtual now? I'd love to hear from a school that has held Boosterthon in these weird new times.

Only the laziest PTAs do boosterthons. Literally, the PTA has nothing to do. Might as well not exist. At our PTA, where most officers on the board work full time jobs, they still manage to fundraise successfully without those corporate scammers making money off of our kids.

We have two fundraisers. Yes, Boosterthon brings in a lot of money, more than our PTA-run one.

Everyone on DCUM hates Boosterthon. I'm fine with it. The kids like it. And our school has benefitted.
