OP here - I put him in hats. May add a dickie this winter since he's starting elementary school and will be spending more time outside.

Anonymous wrote:It's not crazy. I've actually seen signs at playground advising kids not to wear hoodies. Yes, you could fall off equipment, but that is mostly unavoidable, whereas wearing a hoodie is definitely avoidable.
