There is no timetable. You’ll say it when you really feel it and know it and believe the other person feels the same way. You may feel it in two weeks but it might be six months before you feel the other person feels the same way. Don’t say it unless you are confident that the other person feels the same way.

How about when you start to feel love and you think they do to??

We said it to one another pretty soon, about 4 weeks in. That was 18 years ago.

We had been very good friends for a few years before we got together so it didn’t take long but it was over 30 years ago so I can’t recall exactly. But I’m happy to say that we both still say it frequently. I think it happens when it happens and it’s best when it’s spontaneous and unplanned.

Man here. Got together senior year of college. Went home together after a party in late November, were quickly an item, and I said it first. Pretty sure it was January.

I have no idea but we got engaged at nine months so sometime before then! My now husband was not good with words but his actions - and not just sex -were a very good signal.

It should happen around 6 months.
