Pay is set by the nanny so you list your pay range and then find applicants within your range.
PTO should be two weeks worth (so if she works 3 days per week, give her 6 days per year of PTO) and then paid holidays that fall on work days

Pay is determined by the nanny’s education and experience. And is actually set by the nanny herself.
PTO is accrued but legal holidays are paid outright.
