GW is pretty close to there and also has lots of experience with gunshot wounds.

Very scary. People are out of control. I am so sorry for the people who were hurt AND for the people who witnessed the violence or were there and scared by it. It changes you forever.

Eh, the title isn’t bothering me. Have you been to this station? I was so confused doing my first bus to metro transfer there because the building is right there and you walk practically right up to it to get to the metro entrance. There have been shootings at the Pentagon City mall across the street from the Pentagon before. Arlington is certainly not immune. Neither is Maryland close to DC. Not new at all.

OP's title made me think of pentagon city. Sometimes I forget that the actual pentagon is located in Arlington, and I live in the same zip code.
