A question - are what is described above effective youth soccer tactics from a results perspective? Also is it wrong to emphasize tactics and have some core tactics and formation?

OP here. DS previous coach never taught the game and lies all the time. Tells parents he doesn’t teach kids tactics but then has them play only one way. Never teaches in practice.
