Elevate has truly changed my life. Since your DD is so close to 17 I think it’ll be totally fine. Just have them take ONE capsule instead of two! That’s all I take and it’s replaced Adderall for me!

My DD has been on stimulants for many many years. She tried various natural supplements over the years but we didn’t notice much of a difference. I recently saw an ad for a supplement called Elevate from Avantera. Its supposed to replace Adderall and other stimulants and has many many good reviews. It’s supposed to be for 18+ since it’s a natural supplement and not studied in children but I’m wondering if anyone may have tried it. My DD is about to turn 18 so I’m wondering if this might be good. Stimulants have really helped her focus but the side effects over the years have made impacts in other ways.
