I have found sitters on here repeatedly. I hate how pricey it is but use it when I do not have a referral option. Only for long term sitters though. Would not waste the money on just date night sitter needs

I stopped using it when they required me (a nanny) to pay. It makes sense that employers would pay a fee. I go by word of mouth or through an agency now.

Definitely not free to contact people. It's been terrible in my area (i think in part because they require candidates to pay as well) so I don't think I'll ever pay them again.

Yes. To actually contact people, you have to pay at least once.
