Dog pee kills grass. Why wouldn't it kill those plants? Anyway I don't think he did anything wrong and I have a dog.

As a type, I’m watching my annoying neighbor walk his leashed dog alllll over other neighbors’ yards.

I now have a yard sign asking pet owners to keep their dogs off our lawn precisely because of this asshole.

Poor man. I have a dog who pees on people's bushes when I can't pull him back in time, and I wouldn't mind such a deterrent. Heck, it makes my job easier!

Nothing wrong with what he did - it's on his property and it's not dangerous. That said, he might have better luck with native landscaping and I'm not convinced dog pee is what killed his shrubs in the first place.

It would be more neighborly to put up mini fire hydrants and a dog water station but I assume he doesn't want to walk out to the smell of urine.

I don't see anything wrong with what he did. He is as passionate about his plants as I am about my dogs. That isn't my property to be having a fit about. The neighbors sending threats and posting pictures are jerks.

I don't get it. He tried gentler approaches, but they didn't work. Selfish, lazy dog owners didn't stop. I don't understand why he's receiving criticism instead of the irresponsible dog owners.
