Yes, I drove myself to my transfer. It was totally fine, not like a retrieval or anything. And I actually kind of appreciated being alone afterwards on the drive home, just listening to the radio and not having to talk to anyone. You definitely can, it's not like you'll have anaesthesia or discomfort. But I preferred to be as restful as possible,. Even if the main benefit was psychological.

I have had a mock transfer and drive to and from but was wondering if there’s any reason not to drive myself to and from my actual transfer. I also drove to and from an IUI (it worked but was chemical).
