You can limit much of it. If HS soccer was not an issue the Division could look like:

MD United
Pipeline
Bethesda
Arlington
VA Union
VDA
BRYC
Loudoun
Richmond

9 teams within 2 hours before you even look to play anywhere else.

ECNL has to bow to almighty HS soccer and the two State's HS seasons do not align.

When you're paying $500+ for a bus trip to the Carolina's or to Jersey you can thank HS soccer for the bill.
