3. How big is your team? 250ish
4. High, mid, or low division? High
5. Rationale behind the choice to post or not? Transparency, A meets, divisionals, and relays are determined solely by ladder

2. How much of the ladder do they post? [/b]Top 6 times only[/b]
3. How big is your team? [/b]About 200 swimmers[/b]
4. High, mid, or low division? Mid
5. Rationale behind the choice to post or not? [/b]Beyond top 6, likelihood of someone making an A meet or similar is low so where exactly someone falls is irrelevant. History of kids making fun of others who were further down on the ladder, so eliminates some pain or embarrassment around a fun summer activity.[/b]

2) all of it
3) 225 - NVSL
4) high
5) Have never once thought about the rationale. It has always been done. No one cares at all. Sometimes random people will mention your kid is good if they are at the top. Only discussion I have heard. Maybe once a summer my kids ask to see it - and they are at the top. So not a big deal and don't know why people are making it into one to publish it.
Don't want the kid at the bottom of the ladder to realize they are at the bottom of the ladder. Bad for self-esteem.Anonymous wrote:

4. High, mid, or low division? High, if you mean top of the league as opposed to high division number
5. Rationale behind the choice to post or not? Don’t know. The coaches guard it jealously. Only a few team officials/volunteers ever see it, on a need to know basis.
