By day 4 of stims I couldnt run. I went hiking and the next day they had more trouble finding my ovaries in the US. No twisting movements. Totally depends on how you feel, but I just went for walks after day 4. Super uncomfortable.

Can you work out during stims? (Running, weight training, etc)
Can you have intercourse during stims? Sheet says yes, but not after trigger shot
Can you take your vitamins during stims and retrieval?
Can you take baby aspirin during stims if you have a history of miscarriage?
