I'm a fan of MSI, but Julius West isn't exactly close in DC. You're getting well into Rockville. Given OPs geography, I'd also look at PPA. Solid program closer in. I wouldn't drive up there for a kindergarten program but maybe that's just me; nothing that special about MSI. And someone else mentioned DC Soccer (formerly Stoddert). They're upper NW.

Try Brit-Am, Super Soccer Stars, or Stoddert (now DC Soccer Club) Juniors (not rec). Also Bethesda Juniors is good, but just clinics, not games.
