She moved to Los Angeles and lost 100 pounds in under 3 months. I don't think it was Styles' trainer.

You might be thinking of Rebel Wilson who has documented her natural weight loss over 16 months on Instagram and still is not down to the size Adele magically appeared as.


Rebel W. Probably had surgery as well.
