Ignore, unless you can SAFELY pull up close and get the driver's attention, and then say brightly : "Hey, you might want to know that your kid is giving the finger to everyone passing by!". He's 8, and trying things out. No big deal, and certainly not a reason to get into an accident.

We were driving yesterday parallel to another vehicle and the little kid in the back seat was giving us the finger - he looked about 8yo. When we stopped and the light he was still doing it and I want to say something to the driver who I assume was the parent of this monster but I didn't even though if it was my kid I would want to know. Would you just ignore it and say nothing?
