Was she an affair partner before your divorce?

It's Saturday night, he's kicking back with the GF waiting for the kids to go to bed so they can have some fun. As annoying and frustrating as she sounds I bet she's sorta hot and does things he really enjoys. So there ya go.

Nope.

You can do better, OP. Ditch this person now before she gets worse. You do not want an angry drunk anywhere in the vicinity of your children. Or yourself, for that matter.

Actually I was like this in the early days after a relationship that blew up in my face. It's about insecurity. If you love her and she is otherwise wonderful I say give her time, wean her off the booze and settle down. It could go well.

She is abusive. Visit loveisrespect.org to evaluate your relationship.

Also look at the abuse and control wheel . Google it. There is a tension building period, release and remorse, and the pattern is cyclic.

No one should live in an abusive relationship. It is time to leave.

This is a no-brainer, unless you like the drama. And it’s only going to continue to get worse. You couldn’t pay me to be in a relationship like this.

Obviously you didn’t say her age vs your age but man. This is the kind of behavior I’m thinking of when I say that young women who would date a divorcee are damaged goods.

I'm curious what you are getting from this? An abusive drunk doesn't seem like a good choice for a partner or potential stepmother.

Why are you posting here, OP? What are you looking for?

OP please run.

You don't need someone like this.

She seems very possessive and gets mad if I don't respond to her "I love you" right away which she says like 50 times a day. Also, don't understand when I try to take a break during fights and continue to call or harass me. I have recommended therapy but apparently she is upset with something that's hard to work with.

Is there a question here?

Is she worth the headache to you for some reason? An angry drunk is pretty much a no in my book.
