I say this as gently as I possibly can, please eat when you're hungry and don't worry about calories right now. Your body is telling you what it needs - rice? Carbs, energy! - listen to it! Eat whole foods (sounds like you are), don't eat processed junk (sounds like you're not), and enjoy your newborn.
