It's impossible because it does not exist. Also, even with standardized curricula, even if "CRT" did exist outside of grad level lectures, each school would implement it differently.

Good luck with your petty, ridiculous request. That's all school district FOIAs apparently are good for now.

So first, there’s no CRT lessons. You can’t FOIA what doesn’t exist.

Second, FOIA means you CAN get it. It doesn’t mean you don’t have to comply with their methods of filing it or Joe they collect it and you’re responsible for any associated costs. So if you don’t like the policy and procedures, oh well.

Real lessons plans don’t exist anymore. Are you trying to get the generic documents created by central office that teachers don’t actually look at?

So it's one occasion when FOIA isn't going to work, and there will be others -- however, the idea of FOIA is a good one. It's a necessary vehicle. And for something like grade distribution, it can not and should not be hidden information (except -obviously- for the student-specific info)

I’m not a teacher but I wouldn’t give out lesson plans for free! My sister works so hard on her lesson plans and often buys them herself from teachers pay teachers.

Even if it's just an increased awareness, by the school system, that they might get FOIA'd --- this is a good thing.

Accountability is always a good thing. And it's ok if it comes from many directions.

Some of them required you to mail the Foia request others will make you FAx it, and others will not have any info RE: Foia on the website.
