I'm sure that a significant portion of people choosing Mosie are people who are trying to get pregnant without intercourse (e.g. people using donor sperm, surrogacy, etc . . . ) and while they might have some fertility issues and be counted in that category, this is the first thing they're trying. Whereas most people choosing IUI are doing so because less invasive methods have failed.
So, both probably have their place.

We took a month off to switch IVF clinics and used Mosie that month and we got pregnant (I miscarried at 10 weeks, but I was pregnant, saw heartbeat, etc.) We used it because my husband has ED. We since did more rounds of IVF and nothing worked better than Mosie for us. But I'm just one person.
