I bought my car in Maryland and I'm from VA. They did all the paperwork. All I have to do was picking up tag and license plate at the dealer (or they could mail it to you).

Does Koons at Tyson's handle all the paperwork for the title and registration when the buyer lives in Maryland? I know that the inspection must be done by the buyer at a MD inspection station. But would the buyer need to go to the MD MVA to do the paperwork herself?
