Check out the local gyms near your in-laws. Most gyms have daily/weekly/monthly memberships. Use your phone And the app on a bike at the gym

The #hardCORE On The Floor Facebook Group has a monthly workout calendar that is great. It's nice to be told what to do when! You can pick and choose, combine with walking or jogging or riding.

Resistance bands and use those classes, they were pretty good. HIIT classes are solid.

+1. We were away for a month this past year and I used all these classes a ton. I even did outdoor runs, and I had not run in years.

The HIIT classes are great and most don't require weights. Jess Sims is my favorite. I also do their bodyweight strength classes sometimes and they can be intense.

I am a Peloton user, and do a mix of cycling and bike/bootcamp classes, with some individual strength classes sprinkled in. I really love the bike bootcamps in particular. We are going to be away for three weeks at my in-laws' home, without the bike and limited weights. I would love recommendations for peloton classes/instructors you love that won't require the bike. I will certainly take advantage of the bodyweight classes, but I'd love to get in good cardio as well. Unfortunately running is out due to an injury.

Thanks in advance!
