I’m just curious where is this? I’m kind of freaking out that the outdoor camp I signed up fir this week has turned indoor because of the heat. Then I see on insta kids having birthday parties indoors, unmasked. Everything is so different friending on location.

I got vaccinated and then volunteered to help with kids with COVID. So, yes you are crazy if you are still not going out.

The only thing I’m not doing is traveling internationally. We are all vaccinated. I have enough friends and family that have to go international for me to realize it is just easier to skip the extra hoops for a year. But I have zero Covid fear at this point (and I was super conservative before vaccination, didn’t even enter a single grocery store).

We are seeing people outside and taking a driving vacation to a beach house. I don’t know why you wouldn’t feel comfortable going on that kind of vacation at this point. Not every vacation is Disney.

Of course. Our family is in Europe for the summer. And many, many trips over the last year to dozens of states and the Caribbean. Why not?

Probably because they have internet, social media and cellphone access and communicate with the people they know.

We're doing more than we were doing.

We're seeing local family members, including vaccinated family members who work in public facing jobs.

My kids are doing outdoor sports, and playing with neighbors outside with masks or distancing.

My kids are playing with cousins inside, with either masks or distancing, although their family is pretty cautious..

I've gone into stores a little bit. Yesterday I let my vaccinated kid run into 7 11 to get everyone slurpees.

But, my kids are usually outside all summer, so this isn't a huge sacrifice

Literally every person I know is meeting friends, doing at-least one vacation ( though most are driving). Not sure why people are feeling so secure.

No way. Not even eating out or seeing family.

People are doing Disney and indoor attractions. What about you all?
