I once had a popeyes sandwish ... felt terrible for 2 days.
I eat once, maybe twice a day, don't really count calories but keep it around 1800 daily. with minimal carbs.
I am still overweight. Had I been eating normally I would have been severely obese.
Genetics defihitely plays a role.
