Interestingly, the recent weight gain corresponds with my taking a temporary FT WOH job that I really liked; I was hoping it would lead to weight *loss,* b/c I’d be more satisfied w/ life, but the commute — 1 hr in car per day — plus not as much time to shop and cook >> more takeout, plus trying a new ADHD med, I think, led to weight gain.
I am now done w/ the job, so should theoretically be able to reverse any job-related gain, but it hasn’t happened yet (been done for 2 weeks).
