Arranging dinner for out of town tournaments and making a team reservation, bugging the parents of kids who haven't RSVPd to game/tournaments, answering questions from parents about any and everything (carpooling to games, practice start and end times, etc), hearing complaints from parents about the coach or team dynamics. that's just off the top of my head. I was a team manager for 3 years. Anonymous wrote:Our coach struggles with technology so having a TM has been a benefit. Agree not a ton of work besides loading schedules and games into TeamSnap. But also add coordinating with away clubs when hosting games and tracking team fees.
