Most people want to have the most experienced person when they know they won't be alert.

I've never had one - does the doctor not meet with you to discuss the results of the procedure? Do you just get it done and then go home? What if they find something concerning?

This is my question too. And is there ever any manual screening that is done prior to the appointment? Do you discuss any bathroom issues or anything first?

Anita Wolke in Reston, but it's taking a long time to get appointments with her practice also. There's another woman in the practice, but I've never seen her.

NP. I love Dr. Trinh, but she is always booked and getting through to the office lately has been a nightmare. Honestly thinking of finding someone else.

I see Dr. Gupta in that office and they've had major phone issues recently, but they seemed to be resolved the last time I called. Got right through to a human to schedule a followup appointment.

2) adherents of certain religions who are prohibited from being touched by the opposite sex unless a spouse, child, or sibling.

I didn't ask for your opinion. I'm asking for a recommendation.

OK, but you did not answer her question.

Maybe OP is an Orthodox Jew or a Muslim and doesn’t want to be touched by an unrelated man period.

Anyone have a female gastroenterologist they would recommend in Northern VA for a colonoscopy? Thanks so much.
