Schools in the “bad” areas of Prince William County are much better than Richmond, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newport News

What makes you think the schools are god awful? I teach in pwcs. It’s just like any other area. He schools in the areas with money are quite good. The ones in areas without money aren’t. There are plenty of pwcs that are filled with upper middle class kids.
Would you say FCPS are god awful based on the schools in Alexandria, Springfield, and Herndon?
