OP - to get into college, you need to pass high school. Even a Standard Diploma, with no advanced classes, no AP classes, no honors, is college-prep. The student would have to be a real outliner to not be accepted to a four year college, somewhere.

Every school has different criteria for National Honor Society, high honors GPA, etc.

So happy for the 2021s. Its a really junky senior year, so they deserve all the kudos!!

My Q: As see the pics with the sashes, medals and ropes, I’m trying to learn what the regalia is and then what of this kids need to get into college. What honor societies exist and what is the criteria?
