Buy 100% cotton garments (you will find out that they can be very hard to find). Stay away from all of the polyester/rayon "my skin is living in a greenhouse environment" crap. That fabric makes your zits worse because it does not breathe. Unfortunately, it constitutes the majority of women's athleisure wear.

Watch what you wear.

Try a wool shirt. Woolx is my favorite - light weight and they don’t retain odor and washable. And soft.

I use Stridex or Clearasil pads on my butt, cleavage and back after showering, it seems to help.

Thanks all. I have salicylic acid wash. It’s not working.

I’ll try witch hazel and look for the lotion. If that doesn’t work, back to the dermatologist.

I use Clearasil 5 in 1 lotion at bedtime. Wipe after a workout with a gentle cleansing wipe.

Use a body wash with salicylic acid and see if it goes a a way. I bought some for my daughter and it drastically improved her body acne situation.

Talk to your doctor. I wish I'd done this earlier.

Any way to control or stop them? It’s directly related to exercise and sweating. In my cleavage, down spine and along shoulders wear my sports bras sit.

I shower immediately after cooling down.
