Buy 100% cotton garments (you will find out that they can be very hard to find). Stay away from all of the polyester/rayon "my skin is living in a greenhouse environment" crap. That fabric makes your zits worse because it does not breathe. Unfortunately, it constitutes the majority of women's athleisure wear.
Watch what you wear.
Try a wool shirt. Woolx is my favorite - light weight and they don’t retain odor and washable. And soft.
