Pretty much any of them are fine. I've done the Sunoco on Hunter Mill on a Tues mid day -- and you generally don't have to wait. Mid week, mid-month. Do NOT wait until the last Saturday of any month! That's when there will be a line.

Ah - so that's totally not the consensus. Have seen and heard literally dozens of fail the inspection so you have to get your car fixed at that garage (since most people aren't knowledgeable and/or too lazy to take their car somewhere else and/or don't want to drive around with failure sticker). So garage gets 200-1000 for phantom fix so folks can get their critical inspection sticker. Happens ALL THE TIME.
Wait times are something else - of course don't wait until Saturday end of month....
