I'm interested in any real life experiences with the FitBod app. I'm two weeks away from finishing this 3 month Woman's Health Guide to Strength Training program -

I really liked the structure, and that it worked a lot of muscle groups without being super repetitive. Looking for the next thing to keep up with strength training, but get more variety in too. Here are my questions:
1. Is it easy to use, and customize to the equipment I have at home?
2. Are the strength training workouts varied enough to hit every muscle during a 7 day period?
3. Can you customize the # of days you want to exercise in a week - and have the workouts reflect that - to hit all the areas?
4. Is it noisy? Do I have to listen to someone talk/explain - or can I do this while multitasking other content?
5. How often do you have to tell it what you want to do? Can it be on autoplay for a week or more unless otherwise told differently?
