It seems like most people I know who aren’t in Burke Centre HOA go to Cottontail.

Non-residents can join the Burke Centre pools, but think it's pricey ($400-ish).

Looking at some houses in Burke and I’m wondering if there are any community pools you can join outside of an HOA community? Same for west Springfield? Any advice would be helpful!
