Dr. Paulson is leaving the practice in the summer and no longer taking new patients - I found this out when I tried to book with her in April.
In fact, all but two of the current providers in GW Endocrinology are leaving in the upcoming months. I had a new patient appointment last week with one of the providers who is staying, and she told me to book the follow-up for 3 months out. She is already so booked up that the check-out desk said her first available was 4 months out.
Oh jeez really! I see an endo there for thyroid and diabetes and have already had to switch once this year. Who is staying?
