Yes. The same thing happened to me. It was like being in a time loop, repeating the same process without actually getting access to the account.
It is a huge pain. I spent 40 minutes on hold early in the week and then another 30 or so minutes talking to a representative trying to get signed onto my account. The representative could not get to it work, but promised to refer my case for a call back to address my problem within 3 business days. She did tell me that when they switched to the new website, automatic withdrawals didn't continue, which is why I was getting low balance notifications. She allegedly switched my account to automatic replenishment.
Three days went by. Not only did I not get a call back, but I started getting negative balance notifications. Waited on hold for another 30 minutes and then spoke with a rep. This time, I got the replenishment issue fixed, which the first rep. had screwed up. However, I still can't get into the account. The representative promised to escalate my case, but I have heard nothing.
The website doesn't work and it ridiculous.
Someone posted on Reddit about the same issues. My guess is that there are many more people having the same problems.
